Refunds

Can be made within 15 days after purchase with proof of purchase.

After 15 days of purchase,

only exchanges can be made but the merchandise has to be in an original condition.

No refund,

If customer already has cut the vinyl or made some damage. Refunds will be returned

by the original method of payment. (cards will be cards only cash will be cash)

For supplies, No return

On opened Items, used items, or damaged items

( Like eco mist, vinyl remover, epoxy, cups & tumblers etc )

We don’t have any responsibility 

To fix for Cameo machine.  Contact the manufacture factory for the machine Silhouette company.
